Satellite Pro M10 With and Freeze causes some programs to crash

I have a M10 Pro Satellite…
A Cmos Coast weeks ago it crashed and crashed with some computer programs like wmpayer, messenger… I didn’t face any issues when logged in with den and agents. developed by them.
